    According to WJLA, a male teenager was shot on the 400 block of East Cornell Drive and North Duke Drive just before 8:30 a.m. The shooting did not occur at a school, but the schools in the Sterling Park cluster have been put on lock-out, which means the exterior doors are locked but normal activities are continuing inside the schools.
