Edgar Collazo, also known as Hello Kitty, was arrested in May after officers said he attacked a woman outside an Orlando IHOP restaurant. Recently Collazo was charged in a fourth assault case.

Seminole leaders are considering swapping public property for old farmland near the Orlando Sanford International Airport so they can create a bigger site for the county's future sports complex. But one county commissioner says Seminole would make more money - as much as $250,000 - by selling one of the county-owned parcels rather than trading it away.
