Never Too Young For Fish OilDeals
The American Heart Association recommends that everyone eat fish at least twice a week, especially ones that are high in omega-3 fatty acids.
Food is honestly the best bet for getting omega-3s in your diet, but for those who do not like fish we highly recommend taking fish oil supplements.
Omega-3 fatty acids may help to:
- Lower blood pressure
- Reduce the likelihood of heart attack and stroke
- Slow the development of plaque in the arteries
For me, high blood pressure, and strokes run in my family. That’s why making sure that I started taking a daily dose of omega-3 fish oil, even though I have fish at least once a week.
